Hassle-Free Returns
In order to return merchandise, you must obtain an RMA number from our customer service department.
You may return any unopened merchandise (except Skincare and Haircare items) in its original condition, including original packaging and packing slip within 30 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund less shipping, less 20% restocking fee, and any gift wrapping charges.
We charge a 50% restocking fee for any merchandise not returned in its original condition and packaging.
Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded.
Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error.
There will be a $10.00 fee if we are able to successfully cancel order prior to shipping at your request.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on Skincare or Haircare items due to health reasons. Please make your selections carefully.

Damage Claims
All merchandise leaves our warehouse in perfect condition. All concealed damage or shortages must be reported to Amour Purfum within 24 hours from the receipt of goods. In the unlikely event that your order or part of your order arrives damaged, please email us immediately so we can notify the carrier and file a damage claim. Please keep all packaging materials for five business days after notifying us as it may be required for inspection by the carrier.
